the playroom was a letdown. the toys were old and broken. the advertised machines were out of order, and there was no chalk for the blackboard. it really wasn't fit for purpose and my children were bored very quickly. (i was expecting better.)

The breakfast had a massive selection, I was VERY impressed. A full Irish breakfast was available. The room WAS very spacious and also had plenty of plug sockets.
The heating in the hotel was VERY poor , I found that the bedroom was freezing cold. The corridors were ALSO cold. I did find some sockets were not working.

limited optionswater pressure
I found some issues . The gym lacked basic equipment like a Smith machine I expected in a hotel gym. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated. The temperature kept changing. It made showering difficult. The room service menu had limited options. The selection did not cater to various dietary needs.

wonderful family stay

helpful staffsweet shopspacious suitechaotic setup
i found the staff helpful, especially at check-in where i received useful information regarding the hotel's amenities. the sweet shop in the lobby delighted my children and provided a fun treat. our family suite was spacious and well-equipped, it easily accommodated our needs .
i noticed the breakfast setup felt a bit chaotic due to the limited space and high traffic near the coffee machine. it was difficult to navigate around other guests with a plate. this area could benefit from better organization to improve flow.

water damagepoor breakfast
The room showed wear and tear. I noticed water damage in the shower (caulking needed some attention). The cleaning service only did half of our room, disappointing. the breakfast selection was not up to par. I was glad my kids only went down the first morning. The hot food wasn't good.

the breakfast was good. it had a great choice of items. our room was actually two rooms, the kids loved having their own space (i think it was great too!).
the floors were very creeky. i could hear footsteps upstairs (it was a bit annoying). the windows were banging because it was windy.
